ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING - 5:00 PM ON JUNE 1ST, 2024

Each certificate holder or household is entitled to one vote. 

If you cannot attend the meeting, you can vote by proxy by designating a member to vote in your place. Fill out the proxy form online or in person at the Pro Shop. 

Certificate-holding members will be voting on two important changes to the club’s Bylaws. Both changes are geared toward generating the revenue needed to fund major capital improvements and repairs while maintaining minimal increases to annual dues. The proposed changes are:

1. Increase the total number of membership certificates issued from 220 to 230. The initiation fees from these 10 additional certificates will go directly to funding capital improvements and repairs.
2. Reduce the redemption price of returned certificates to zero for all members joining the club after June 1, 2024. Currently, those who joined prior to May 23, 1992 get 100% of their certificate fee returned and those who joined after May 23, 1992 get 50% of their certificate fee returned. The proposed change will not impact existing members.
