How to Pay Your Dues Online 

Here is a step by step guide on what to expect with our new payment system: 

  1. First, from the homepage of our new website, select the button Pay Dues
  2. Next, select from the membership options listed. Each membership option is described in detail. For example, if you'd like to pay dues for your family of more than one individual, choose Membership - Family. You'll be able to customize dues for each member of your family on the next page. *If you are an honorary member but your spouse is under 80 years old, select Membership - Single to pay for your spouse. 
  3. On the next page, enter your email and follow the reCAPTCHA instructions. 
  4. On the following form, you'll be asked to fill in your profile, including your name, contact info, and your Emergency Contact. For Family Memberships, this is where you will add your spouse, any children, or a babysitter/pool-only access. Make sure to enter the names and children's birthdays in the comment box below. 
  5. Review and Confirm: Here, you can review the charges you've selected. If you need to change anything, use the Back button. If you are ready to pay with a credit card, select Pay Online. *You can save your credit card information to your profile for future charges. 
  6. You will receive an email with your login information to access your profile at a later time. Your login will give you access to  view member-only content on our website, like the directory or the handbook.
  7. Once your payment has been approved, your membership will be activated for the season.

Our club manager is available to assist you any time! Please contact Elle Anderson by email or by phone (802-279-7323). Elle can walk you through any technical difficulties over the phone, or accept a credit card payment over the phone. 

Add Your Family to Your Membership

This new membership system will serve as the primary source of club communication going forward, so it is important to add all relevant family members who wish to stay informed. Additional member profiles can be "bundled" together under one membership. Each adult member should have their own profile with contact information and their Emergency Contact. 

To add a family member, log in and click your name in the top right-hand corner of any page on our website. Under Bundle summary, select Add member. The family member that you add will need their own unique email address and will receive an email with their new login info. 

Request a Bye (Pause Membership for One Season)

You can request to take a bye for the season. Upon approval, this means that you will not pay dues in 2021, you will retain your voting rights if a certificate holder, but you cannot play tennis at the club, even as a guest.

A bye can be taken for any reason just once during your time as a certificate holder. In case of injuries, additional byes may be approved. In 2020 only, an additional "Covid Bye" was offered.

Please request a bye in writing by emailing our Membership Coordinator no later than April 1st.

Late Fees

At midnight on April 1st, dues will increase in price by $50. To avoid late fees, arrange to pay your dues before April 1st, 2021. At midnight on May 1st, dues will increase in price by $200.

Fees will be waived in the event of technical difficulties or missed communications. Please contact us if you're having any trouble paying dues. 

Payment by Check or Cash

On a case by case basis, we will accept dues payment by check or cash.

Credits Owed from 2020 Dues

Due to the chaotic circumstances around the beginning of the Covid pandemic, some members will have a credit owed to them which they can apply to their 2021 dues. You should receive an email from the club manager with specific instructions on how to use a discount code to apply your credit. 

Membership Renewal

Next year, you will receive an email reminding you to login to your profile and pay dues. All your contact and family information will be saved and can be updated as needed. You will have the option to switch to a different membership (from a family to a single member, for example) before paying dues. Dues will not automatically renew at this time. Update your contact information at any time to ensure you receive all important communications.

Privacy, Security, and Other Concerns

The personal information you enter in this system is private, will not be shared, and will only be used by the Stowe Tennis Club. There is a Directory available to other logged-in members where your contact information (name, phone, email, mailing address) can be found. This Directory is restricted to current dues-paying members who have a username and password. If you wish to be removed from the Directory, this setting can be found in your profile settings under Privacy. 

If you are concerned about entering your credit card details online, please know that our credit card system is powered by AffiniPay. AffiniPay's online portal is certified as a Level 1 Service Provider, this being the highest security level available. They have several levels of security built into the system for our merchants. If you are still unsure about paying online, we can accommodate your dues payment by check or with cash. 

Is technology not your strong suit? That's ok, we understand! Your club manager Elle is available by phone to process your dues payment for you. No need to touch a computer :) Please contact her for assistance at (802)-279-7323. 

How to Reset or Change Your Password

Forgot your password? From the log in screen, simply select Forgot password. If there is a problem with your email address, or you don't receive an email with your new login info, please contact us and we can help. 

To change your password, log into your account and select Change password in the top right-hand corner.
