How to Pay Your Dues Online

Here is a step by step guide on what to expect with our new payment system:

  1. First, from the homepage of our new website, select "Log In" from the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Enter your email and password, or "Forgot Password" to reset your password, then log in.
  3. From the My Profile page, under Membership details, you should see the button pictured below to renew your membership through next year, to March 1st, 2023.  Note: For family memberships, the "bundle administrator" is the family member who paid dues last year, and only the bundle administrator will see this button to pay dues in 2022. If you are not the bundle administrator but would like to pay dues this year, please see "Get Additional Help" below and contact your club manager.
  4. Before you renew: Select the "Change" option next to Membership Level if you need to change your membership from Single to Family (contact your club manager to change from Family to Single) or if you are eligible to turn in your certificate and become an honorary member. You are eligible to become an honorary member and receive free non-voting membership if your 80th birthday will occur before November 1st of the current season and you've been a dues-paying member for at least 10 years. If you become an honorary member but your spouse is under 80 years old, your spouse can pay dues as a single member.
  5. Once you click the "Renew to March 1st, 2023" button, you will get the chance to review your contact information, your emergency contact, your family membership options (please pay special attention to children's birthdates and the corresponding add-on memberships available), and any donation you'd like to make. Note: This year we will be collecting birthdate information for our membership. We'll only use this information to report on aggregate membership demographics.
  6. Next you'll have the option to Review and Confirm. To make adjustments, use the Back button.
  7. Pay Online: If you are ready to pay with a credit card, select Pay Online. *You can save your credit card information to your profile for future charges.

Additional Family on Your Membership

For families, additional member profiles can be "bundled" together under one membership. Each adult member should have their own profile with contact information and their own emergency contact.

To add a family member, log in and go to My Profile. Under Bundle summary, select Add member. The family member that you add will need their own unique email address and will receive an email with their new login info.

To edit, update or archive an existing family member, select the family member's name under Bundle summary > Your members.

Request a Bye (Pause Membership for One Season)

You can request to take a bye for the season. Upon approval, this means that you will not pay dues for the current season. You will retain your voting rights if a certificate holder, but you cannot play tennis or use the facilities at the club, even as a guest.

A bye can be taken for any reason just once during your time as a certificate holder. In case of injuries or medical issues that prevent you from playing tennis, additional byes may be approved with a doctor's note.

Please request a bye in writing by emailing our Membership Coordinator no later than April 1st.

Late Fees

At midnight (00:00) on April 1st, dues will increase in price by $100. To avoid late fees, arrange to pay your dues before April 1st, 2022.

Fees will be waived in the event of technical difficulties, missed communications or pending injuries/medical issues with a doctor's note. Please contact us for any of the above circumstances .
