Here is a breakdown of information, questions and answers to help you pay 2022 dues. Click on a topic below to go to that section:
Dues season is open from March 1st through March 31st, 2022.
For all dues-paying members, please log into your account on our website and follow the instructions listed below under "How to Pay Your Dues Online".
Dues have been set at the following rates for 2022: Single $695, Family: Base rate of $695 with spouse add-on of $460, children age 2-8 add-on of $130/child, children age 9-20 add-on of $290/child, adult resident children age 21-25 add-on of $695/child, babysitter (pool-only) member add-on of $120 (pool-only access for a babysitter, parent or caretaker of member children, otherwise guest fees apply).
Starting April 1st, a late fee of $100 will be charged.
Accepted payments include credit card online or over the phone, and e-Check/bank transfer over the phone (donate the 3% credit card fee back to the club when you pay with e-Check/bank transfer). More information below.
To otherwise cease your membership, please contact us in writing to return your certificate and process your certificate refund.
For all honorary members, please log into your account, verify your contact information, and renew your free non-voting membership. If you don't plan on playing tennis this season, no action is necessary but please let us know. If your spouse is under 80 years old, see rates for a single membership above.
If your 80th birthday will occur before November 1st of the current season and you've been a dues-paying member for at least 10 years, you are eligible to become an honorary member and receive free non-voting membership. Please contact us in writing to return your certificate and process your certificate refund.
New this year, please update your profile with your birthdate. We'll only use this information to report on aggregate membership demographics.

Here is a step by step guide on what to expect with our new payment system:
For families, additional member profiles can be "bundled" together under one membership. Each adult member should have their own profile with contact information and their own emergency contact.
To add a family member, log in and go to My Profile. Under Bundle summary, select Add member. The family member that you add will need their own unique email address and will receive an email with their new login info.
To edit, update or archive an existing family member, select the family member's name under Bundle summary > Your members.
You can request to take a bye for the season. Upon approval, this means that you will not pay dues for the current season. You will retain your voting rights if a certificate holder, but you cannot play tennis or use the facilities at the club, even as a guest.
A bye can be taken for any reason just once during your time as a certificate holder. In case of injuries or medical issues that prevent you from playing tennis, additional byes may be approved with a doctor's note.
Please request a bye in writing by emailing our Membership Coordinator no later than April 1st.
At midnight (00:00) on April 1st, dues will increase in price by $100. To avoid late fees, arrange to pay your dues before April 1st, 2022.
The personal information you enter in this system is private, will not be shared, and will only be used by the Stowe Tennis Club. There is a Directory available to other logged-in members where your contact information (name, phone, email, mailing address) can be found. This Directory is restricted to current dues-paying members who have a username and password. If you wish to be removed from the Directory, this setting can be found in your profile settings under Privacy.
If you are concerned about entering your credit card details online, please know that our credit card system is powered by AffiniPay. AffiniPay's online portal is certified as a Level 1 Service Provider, this being the highest security level available. They have several levels of security built into the system for our merchants. If you are still unsure about paying online, we can accommodate your dues payment by check or with cash.

Forgot your password? From the log in screen, simply select Forgot password. If there is a problem with your email address, or you don't receive an email with your new login info, please contact us and we can help.
To change your password, log into your account and select Change password in the top right-hand corner.
