The Stowe Tennis club is hiring in our Pro Shop (reception & member services), for our Maintenance Department (assistant) and for our Junior Program (coach). The club is open from mid-May through the end of October and our Junior Program is June 19th through August 11th. Please see below for a detailed description of each open position and how to apply.
Maintenance & Facilities Assistant
The Stowe Tennis Club is seeking a part-time facilities and maintenance person to assist with our operations for the 2023 season. This multipurpose position is expected to take on various duties, odd jobs, and operational tasks to keep our club running smoothly all season. A strong work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to learn while enjoying the tennis environment will make for an ideal candidate. Experience operating a utility cart, golf cart, leaf blower, weedwacker and other maintenance and landscaping equipment is a plus. Responsibilities include clay court maintenance, weed care and light landscaping, swimming pool management, trash and recycling, light cleaning duties, small repairs, painting, checking supplies and maintaining a high standard for our member amenities & services, courts & grounds.

Cleaning & Housekeeping
The Stowe Tennis Club is seeking seasonal, part-time cleaning and housekeeping to add to our operations for the 2023 season, Memorial Day to October. This person will take on the important role of keeping our clubhouse, pool house, Pro Shop and office clean and tidy for our members and guests to enjoy. Tasks include managing our towel and coffee service, keeping locker rooms clean, tidying up around the pool house and pool area, watering the plant boxes, trash & recycling. A strong work ethic and friendly personality, while enjoying the tennis environment, will make for an ideal candidate.
